You can also apply for a Maintenance Loan if you need assistance with your living expenses whether you’re living at home with your parents, living away from home, living outside of London or even living and studying abroad. You may also be able to apply for a grant that could cover the cost of your travel expenses, if you’re enrolled in a university abroad. Part time students are aslo eligible for the available loans if the “Course Intensity” is 25% or over. This is a measure of the percentage or the amount of the course taken relative to the full time course load. This is measured by the university or college enrolled in.
